Account information - name, email address, phone number, business name, and role.
Business data - the records you enter into the Service (products, inventory, sales, invoices, customers, employees, and similar), stored in your tenant’s isolated database schema.
Payment information - billing details processed by our payment providers; we do not store full card numbers.
Usage & device data - log data, IP address, browser type, and interactions, used to operate and improve the Service.

2. How we use your information

To provide, maintain, and secure the Service.
To process transactions and manage your subscription.
To send service, security, and account notifications.
To provide support and respond to your requests.
To detect, prevent, and address fraud, abuse, and technical issues.
To comply with legal obligations.

3. Your data ownership

You retain all rights to the business data you submit. We act as a processor of that data on your behalf and access it only to operate the Service, provide support, or as required by law. We do not sell your data.
